I realise now that without dietary change my tooth mousse plus cannot repair my teeth.
Therefore the dietary change is required to try to maintain what I have–>My dentin is exposed and really vulnerable.
I was thinking I would wait until new procedures are available before filling my teeth. But will more of my dentine rot away?
Questions: does my tooth mousse protect dentine?
I don’t know.
My first progress photo says yes.
I’m hoping the dentist will approve me getting a sealant on my teeth instead.
okay wait a second
i’ve just gotten a fright
there is nothing really that can protect my dentine Its going away. can I get a sealent? I need soething to cover it. Surely theres a way to get a filling within drilling.
I found a video on youtube about raw vegans getting ridiculous amounts of cavities. it sounds like me
I found this comment
I currently have 4 cavities, self diagnosing myself here, but I am determined to heal them!!! I eat high carb, low fat raw till 4 style. I can’t have dates anymore either but most fruit doesn’t hurt too much. I’ve done A LOT of research on the topic since I want to heal them and what I have found is its lack of minerals in the diet. Here is what I AM doing to heal them, which seems to be working at least to prevent them for getting worse, I have minimal pain; rinse my mouth with salt and clove essential oil (antibacterial and healing), make a tea with horsetail, oatstraw, and nettle (bone builders), add a tiny pinch of shilijit to the tea (loaded with trace minerals and most importantly, helps you to absorb minerals properly), add Amla Berry powder or Pomegrante powder to my smoothie (high vitamin C, and in ayurveda can help reverse tooth decay), morning and evening with clean teeth spray colloidal silver on the cavity spots (can heal cavities), then evening use a brush and dip in clove oil and run between the teeth with the cavities. And finally, I have some cashews once a week or so (the best ones you can find), and I chew them on those teeth specifically. There is an active compound that works on tooth decay. Also, working to increase my greens intake by having green shots- just straight up juiced greens with a bit of cucumber. Hope this helps anyone else!! I am convinced it will work for me 🙂
A couple of exerts from ramiel’s site
“Most likely, what the fortified nutrition will do to your tooth is that nutrients will build up your tooth to have secondary dentin that will envelop the pulp of your tooth, which is where the nerves and the blood vessels of the tooth is contained. This secondary dentin only build up as much tooth structure to protect the pulp. This means that the hopes of having the tooth completely restored just like its original form may be far from occurring. However, there were reports that healing up to this extent has already happened.”
I’ve already read about this yes.
“Yes, tooth erosion can be cured.
In the sense you can stop it permanently.
As far as the tooth as eroded, it probably won’t grow back, but it can stop and get hard.
it’s primarily a problem of lack of calcium.”
My plan is now:
See a holistic dentist and talk about the future of this stem cell awakening light treatment. This claims to produce new dentin. I could wait 3 years for this: once dentin is repaired then get a sealant to protect it (since I can’t restore the enamel).
Eat vegetables, meat, yogurt and cheese. Take all the supplements plus a calcium and vitamin D supplement.
I’ll have to finish my milk for now. I would like to get a yogurt maker to make this milk into yogurt because I do not like consuming so many calories from raw milk. Thinking about spinach smoothies.
Fruit occasionally L very upset about this. Maybe once a week.
Buy a ph meter for food
Research more about grains, stimulating saliva, protecting, or really so bad because of the phytic acid content? I would like to eat bread. My quest bars have almonds in them. If phytic acid is really so bad I could just take a bloody supplement and monitor my levels with blood tests to ensure I’m not oversupplementing.
After the first photo I was using recaldent tooth mousse but not plus. Plus contains calcium phosphate aswell as sodium flouride and casein phosphopeptides. I would attribute the loss of ability to remineralise to not having the calcium phosphate. I did not applyy the mousse frequently.
